Finding Your Wings – Group Course Jan24

£75.00

This is a stand alone programme available via our app but in January we will be running it as a group and it will include free weekly zoom classes.

This course brings together all the wisdom and ideas from thousands of coaching hours. It encourages you to identify what you are passionate about, challenge your assumptions about what might be possible, let go of the things that might be holding you back, create small actions towards your next adventure and learn to trust yourself, others and the process more.

It’s an opportunity to pause and find your balance before you move on.

It will guide you towards figuring out what you feel inspired to do next and then help you to move towards that decision.

In our lives, we have many adventures – sometimes we make the right choices for us, sometimes we get it wrong.

Whatever you choose to do next, this course ensures it will be based on a stronger sense of purpose.

Description

There are times in our lives when we feel stuck. We are either no longer inspired by our chosen path, or we are thrown into a decision about what we do next. This might happen in our teens or in our late fifties, there are no rules.

  • Have you ever asked yourself if you are living the dream?
  • Have you ever wondered if you could do more but you don’t where to begin?
  • Have you ever felt overwhelmed by all the possible directions you could take?

I created this course after working with hundreds of people who over the years have come for coaching because they felt stuck and unsure about their next step or because they realised that they didn’t want others to choose or decide their next step for them.

  • They wanted to base it on what they already knew about themselves and on what they didn’t know yet.
  • They wanted to go into this next step with greater conviction that they had made the right choice and were heading in the right direction.

When we are trying to figure out our next step, we will naturally talk to lots of people, and we are less likely to talk to ourselves.

For some reason our voice gets lost in everyone else’s advice.

In addition, we don’t like not knowing, it feels uncomfortable, so we lurch from one bad decision to the next to try to feel better and be able to tell people, when they ask, that we have a plan.

Using our Flying Coaching Approach, the course will introduce you to each of the 5 key stones that will help you fly.

Before you start, it will help you figure out what’s important and share some inspiration from great TED talks that have inspired millions to find their way.

Then it will invite you to take 5 steps to help you figure out your next adventure using our 5 keystones.

  1. Imagine
  2. Believe
  3. Let go
  4. Create
  5. Trust

Each step shares a short video on why it’s important, an activity if you only have time to do one thing, a question for you to ponder as you go about your day and more inspiration in the form of extra activities linked to that step in case they are helpful.

This January we are bringing together a small group of people who would like to join others in finding their wings. There is no difference to the cost of the course but it will include a weekly zoom call for us to share ideas, learn from each other and commit to making progress. If you would like to join us we would love to have you.

The zoom calls are scheduled for Thursday lunchtimes:

11 January 12:30 -13:30pm

18 January 12:30 -13:30pm

25 January 12:30 -13:30pm

1 February 12:30-13:30 pm

8 February 12:30-13:30pm

Here is what people who have been taking this course have said:

“Finding your wings is all about finding yourself.”

All the steps are really helpful and I think anyone in my situation would find it hugely helpful to go through all the tasks. I know I’ve certainly benefited from it.”

It’s all very inspiring, just having that sort of stuff going through my mind instead of the usual worries about what to do next and trying to consider actual options has been very handy in being able to realise what I actually want to do and what I would enjoy.”

Finding your wings provides an opportunity to learn more about yourself, your dreams, your beliefs, your expectations and what you are really passionate about.

Find out who you are, what’s important and discover your first steps to getting onto a path that feels right for you and has enough wonder and challenge to keep you inspired.
