We are experienced coaches and teachers from the world of leadership development. We work with children, teachers and parents in 1:1’s and in small groups to practise the 4 flying skills. Observations & Ideas
We understand what it takes to create environments that help children fly. We partner with schools and out of school clubs to observe and share our ideas. Our aim is to do this by creating and working with an in-house Flying Team.
There isn’t one answer, each school or group will do it differently. We recently partnered with All Saints School in Anfield, Liverpool to undertake a 360 feedback review lead by children from year 4 & 5. The children designed the questions and conducted interviews with parents, teachers, staff and children from all year groups to see how well the school was achieving its mission and values. They presented the results to the head teacher and governing body. Take a look at their short video below.
