Finding Your Balance 5 Week Challenge


Before we can fly and help our children learn to fly, we need to know how to find our balance and then take small actions every day to sustain it.

This mini challenge is just for mums. It doesn’t matter what age your children are, you are very welcome to join us.

Would you like to find more ease, reconnect with yourself and figure out your own sense of balance?

This gentle challenge is an opportunity for you to pause, discover your unique way of finding your balance and learn how to lay the foundations so you will feel stronger inside going forwards, with increased awareness of your strengths and intentions as a mum.

You will also feel more able to help your children develop their inner strength whatever their age.

This course is delivered via our app and you will be invited to a weekly group coaching call.

Most of the time we are trying to hold it all together as mums. No matter what age our children are, we have so much to deal with and we are constantly knocked off our balance. The key is not to avoid getting knocked over, it is to learn how to get back up and find our balance again quicker.

The course will share our unique approach to finding balance using the metaphor of a stone stack. 

In our research from coaching hundreds of leaders, we have found there are 5 keystones that are essential to finding balance.

We will share why each one is important and what you can practically try in connection to each, to become stronger and feel more resilient going forwards.

This 5 week balance challenge will help you carve out some space for you, learn from others and find your balance so you feel stronger inside going forwards.

Our next group will begin on 29th April. Every week we will focus on a different keystone as follows:

  • 29/4- Imagine
  • 6/5- Believe
  • 13/5 –  Let Go
  • 20/5 – Create
  • 3/6- Trust (after a week off for half term)

Each week we will share a brand new video introducing the theme for the week. There will be a 5 minute audio to listen to every day which helps to nudge your thinking towards finding your own sense of balance and new for this course, we will also share a coaching tip to practise each week with your child.

In addition, there will be a space for extra inspiration if you would like it, which will include TED talks and activities to have a go at.

You will also be able to access a unique community of other mums who are doing the course at the same time as you via the app.

Finally, there will be a zoom call every Friday facilitated by Rachel Day where you can learn more about each theme and access group coaching on any challenges you are facing as a mum whilst supporting other mums to do the same.

The zoom calls will take place on a Friday lunchtime UK time 12:30-1:30pm on the following dates:

  • 29/4 Welcome Session (Please note this is on the first day of the challenge – a Monday at 12:30pm)
  • 3/5 – Imagine
  • 10/5- Believe
  • 17/5- Let Go
  • 24/5 –  Create
  • 7/6 – Trust

The zoom calls are not compulsory, they are an added bonus, however if you would like to take the course but will struggle with this time, please let us know.
