- Masterclasses (90 mins, bi-monthly) – Hear from thinkers and practitioners on wisdom and balance, with each session in 2026 focusing on one of our six core practices: Ground, Pause, Connect, Play, Stretch, Hope.
- Wisdom & Balance Circles (60 mins, monthly) – Small group sessions using Thinking Environment practices to explore challenges together in a spirit of openness and collaboration.
- Wisdom & Balance App – A hub for inspiration and learning with curated resources, bite-size challenges, and interactive spaces to deepen your practice.
- Weekly Reflections – A short reflection emailed every Sunday evening to help you prepare for the week ahead.
- Research Participation – Contribute to and learn from ongoing research into wisdom and balance in leadership and organisations.
- Wisdom & Balance Walks @ YSP (quarterly) – Connect with nature and conversation in beautiful surroundings, with inspiration for those joining remotely.
- Annual Conference – A year-end event to reflect, share learning, and look forward with hope.
